After avaibility confirmation your booking is confirmed after receipt of a deposit of 30% of your stay, by bank transfer paypal.
Eden Tica Lodge does not possess a bank terminal, so the balance must be paid in cash upon departure.
Management reserves the right of admission.
Eden Tica Lodge disclaims any liability in case of theft or loss within the institution.
Our guests will be held responsible for any damage in the bungalows, a surcharge will be applied.

Prices are based on a double ocupation, per night, per bungalow. A supplement per night will be charged for any extra person. Each bungalow can accommodate up to 3adults.
We will give you the pleasure to introduce you to a delicious breakfast for 8US$ per person (4US$ per child of 6 years old and less).

Cancellation conditions
In case of late cancellation (14 days or less before your arrival date) the total of your reservation have to be paid. If you cancel before the end of your stay the totally of your reservation have to be paid
In case of cancellation or no show, your 30% deposit will be returned in the following form :
· 30 days or more notice : 100% of your deposit will be returned
· Between 15 and 29 days’ notice : 50% of your deposit will be returned
· Between 14 days or less notice: your deposit will not be returned in any part.
